4.24.2024 Release

We have implemented a safe list feature in the External Content Sharing Management function. By setting exclusion criteria (file, domain, email address), it is possible to exclude the detection of publicly shared files deemed safe.

As anticipated use cases, the following patterns are available:

: Consider all access to the target public file as safe.

: Consider files shared within company-related domains or affiliated company domains as safe.

: Consider files shared with specific individuals (email addresses) as safe.
